ACTION PLAN

We created a Google form site to train potential Niner Pantry volunteers. They will watch a video and review information on Power Points, and then take a quiz testing what they learned. It will populate a spreadsheet containing the students' e-mail addresses, which can then be used as proof at check-in, to the pantry coordinators of the students' training and demonstration of their knowledge of pantry rules and expectations. Our group feels that this is the best solution because it will be available to anyone, eventually launching from the Niner Pantry website. It will also be a very user-friendly interface, allowing for easy, quick, training for students. Additionally, pantry volunteer coordinators will be able to easily determine whether or not students achieved their training certifications.
