SMART GOALS
For Pantry Project: Our vision is, throughout the duration of this semester, to create a website containing a video of pantry volunteers explaining everything potential volunteers would need to know in order to volunteer at the pantry. At the end of the video, there will be a quiz that potential volunteers will have to take. It will populate a spreadsheet containing the students' e-mail addresses, which the pantry volunteer coordinators can then use to validate the students' completion of the training at check-in. The students will receive unlimited attempts to achieve a score of 100 on the quiz, demonstrating their understanding of all the pantry’s rules and expectations.
For Practicum Group: As a team, we plan to work as a cohesive unit in an effort to develop an online training website for the Jamil Niner Student Pantry volunteers. We expect clear communication from one another, as well as majority leadership in decision making. This will be measured by our open, honest conversations with one another in holding each other accountable for our treatment of one another. We intend to keep one another motivated in our individual tasks and offer assistance whenever needed. We expect kindness and respect from one another in all of our project endeavors. We plan on meeting intermittently throughout the semester to check up on our progress in our tasks, to ensure we follow the established timeline we created for ourselves in the beginning of the semester.
